Sep 24, 2012 · My Hitachi EX150 Excavator boom lifts correctly, but when the boom goes down it does not lift the machine. The pump is working , the pump pressure is correct - all other functions are correct. We traced the hydraulic lines and all are working . The overload relief valves have been checked and are fine.
